    That's her thing, to me she looked a little bit psychotic. I would much prefer her normal voice because I like the majority of her lyrics. I guess if she do tone down her theatrics she won't have anything going for her because that's what she's about. Source(s): I love Trina's jacket. I need to find one.

    Best Answer - Chosen by Voters It's different. No doubt she acts a bit off...but she already told you that she gets crazy and wears a straight jacket in "I get crazy". Nicki Minaj did not act like that in her early underground career, and that's when I fell in love with her. I wish she'd bring back the real gangsta Nicki i used to love. Google some of her 2007 stuff and maybe you'll like it. Now, she just has a whole lot of copy cat little girls (ages 10-17) on her and they are MUCH TOO YOUNG to be listening to Nicki. I think it's real stupid how she started that Barbie movement...its dumb and real ghetto/childish like. Sounds like a group I wouldve made up with my friends in elementary/junior high because we were definitely ghetto/silly back then. But hey, Missy used to act REALLY goofy with all the animated s h i t in her videos (like "I can't stand the rain")...and she wins best female rapper at awards shows and hasn't had an album in YEARS LOL!!! Everyone says Nicki wants to be Foxy Brown or Kim...but I think she changed her mind...she running for Missy's spot now. But you gotta give it to her...she look really cute in that video...fake butt,breast, teeth and all.
