  3. The corset will give you for sure a smaller waist if you are laced. It will not make your booty bigger, but the smaller waist will let you look more curvy, so the booty will look like it would be more prominent.

  4. Yes, corsets can make your waist smaller, but you'd have to wear them 24/7. But the thing about corsets is that using them for an extended period of time will cause your rib cage to be pushed inwards and your internal organs pushed downwards. It just depends how tight you pull the strings.

  5. I agree, corsets are NOT healthy for numerous medical reasons. These women you see with freakishly small waists wear their corsets 24/7 for years so their body shape GROWS to fit the confinement of the corset. Unless you've spent years in one, the moment you take the corset off you will return to your normal body shape.Exercise and a healthy diet will help you attain a smaller waist. For a bigger booty, you can exercise that area to bulk it up, but the most dramatic improvement is butt implants via plastic surgery.

  6. Corset training can give you a smaller waist. 1) Corsets shift your internal organs away from your waist. This sounds scarier than it is; your organs shift every time you bend or breathe. However, most of this shift is quite temporary, a few hours without a corset will have the organs shift back.2) Corsets compress the stomach, leading to a "full" feeling quicker. As you will eat less in a corset, this is the more durable waist reduction. As for cup size enlargement, the internal organ shifting and push-up cut of most corsets makes them larger. Take off the corset, and any enlargement is lost.

  7. You are certainly right about corset training assisting you in having a curvier shape. One thing you have to take note is that this goal will be best achieve if you use authentic steel boned corsets that are intended for corset training. This is because they are designed to reduce your waistline, and flatten your stomach just by putting the corset on. An inexpensive corset with plastic boning will do this to a lesser extent, but the boning will not hold up to very much pressure, and the eyelets will pull out (as opposed to the steel boning of a real corset, and the grommets which are used instead of eyelets, and are much stronger). The structure of a corset will put pressure on your waist which will push the skin and flesh up (and down) and away from the waist making you lose inches in a matter of minutes. Below are some examples of authentic steel boned corsets you can use:http://www.corsetconnection.com/sunshop/…http://www.versatelier.com/index.php?cPa…Waist training or tight-lacing is an act wherein you train your waist to be even smaller by wearing a corset on a regular basis. Your internal organs may shift a bit while adjusting to the pressure placed on your waistline, but this is not harmful (as was previously thought by physicians of earlier times). Women, especially, are anatomically designed to allow their internal organs to shift safely. Our bodies do this naturally when we are pregnant. This does not mean you should wear a corset that is causing pain or serious discomfort, because if it does not fit well it can cause harm. A well fitted, properly adjusted corset will not cause pain, discomfort or shortness of breath.
