Is it safe to bleach black hair?
im half black and half hispanic, and i have very curly, thick, black hair. i want to dye a small section of the my hair pink (like nicki minaj) but ive never dyed my hair before, and my friend said i have to bleach it first then color it. is it safe for my hair?

    No!Bleaching your hair is the worst thing you could do to damage it.

    In my opinion i dont think its safe to blaech black hair because u might bleach ur self
